Born out of the prairies and driven to a love of film at a very early age, Dan Nicholls now fancies himself a director and has mined offbeat human behavior over the course of several short films to date.
Most recently he directed the horror-comedy "Stuffy", which in its festival run. Previous credits include the award-winning short films "Giraffe" and "That's Life".
Past works as a director include four produced episodes of the web series "Mehlennials". Other short film credits include the relationship comedy "20 Seconds", 2015 Reykjavik International Film Festival official selection "Torture.AVI", "Worst Laid Plans", and "Green Treatment" (which he also wrote and co-starred in).
Dan currently resides in the west end of Vancouver and doesn’t go outside nearly as much as he should.
